Stinson Beach

This house for a philosopher and his wife is formed by the placement of a large central studio/library that is defined by a double wall of books. This in turn forms the spaces for living and sleeping and the perimeter of wood and glass allows for views of the soft landscape beyond, where double rainbows are a common occurrence.
